We had a great Christmas. Mandi was working really hard the week before, and we hardly saw each other during it, but we made up for it on Christmas Eve with a lovely picnic in Greenwich Park. Homemade soup with Champagne, followed by cheese and crackers, then port and After Eights. All with a lovely view of Greenwich and the sun starting to set. =)

For New Year's Eve we went to Tom's flat. He had decided we should all dress up in Black Tie, so I spent the morning before trying to find a cheap one. No luck at the local Charity shops, nothing the right size. Same story at T.K. Maxx. The Next sale was rubbish as well. I ended up getting a jacket shirt and tie at Asda for £27. Bargain!

Mandi got me a couple of cool, wierd pressies, but i won't try and describe them here as it would make no sense. She also got me a nice jumper and a new frisbee. =)

On the wedding front, we have our accomodation on the island booked for us, and a select few (you know if you have it!). We are currently booking accomodation for the week in Bangkok. We are staying at the Smile, Sawasdee. We didn't particular want to stay in one of the Sawasdee chain of hotels, but it was much easier with this group size. It's not far from Khoa San Road, the main traveller area.
