My birthday was fun. I bit chaotic, but I still had fun. No-one turned up when they should have, but that's life. Zero Degrees in Blackheath was packed, but we got ourselves a couple of sofas and a few jugs of beer.

Mandi's (our) FLP aloe vera business is coming along nicely. We knew it would take a while to get going, and there's still a long way to go before I can become a house husband, but we seem to be getting it together. =)

On the subject of being a husband, don't forget to check the wedding page I've added. It has pretty much all the information you'll need. We're booking our accomodation at the moment.

For Guy Fawkes night we met up in Blackheath with Justin (from GNI) and his partner Steve, a couple of friends of theirs, Dave (also ex-GNI) and his girlfriend Cafrain (just back from 2 months with her family in China). It was (predictably) amazingly busy. Mandi and I didn't even bother trying to get to the bar, we just went to the off-licence, where the queue was shorter and got a bottle of screw top wine. Yes, Mandi is able to drink again, only a little though at the moment. =)
The fireworks on the heath were excellent, as we expected, and afterwards Dave and Cafrain came back to ours and we order in cheap curry. Mmmm. It was good to see everyone again.
